How do I change the type of Google Adsense ads?

I have just setup a content portal website providing free layouts.

I have setup a Google Adsense account and I now have the ads successfully displaying on my website. But my domain contains “skinnylayouts” in it, so Google is placing diet and weight loss ads on my website which are yielding a 0% click through rate.

Is there a way to change the type of ads Google displays on your website?
